Starting with the announcement of your engagement right up until you leave for your honeymoon, we will develop your ideas and style, with color, flowers, apparel, decorations and favors to create the wedding of your dreams.
Planning and Details
Initial consultation with bride and groom to determine their vision and expectations
Create personalized, unique ideas for engagement activities, ceremony and reception
Assist with development and maintenance of wedding budget
Deliver engagement and wedding announcements to the newspapers of couple's choice (actual cost to be paid by client)
Create and maintain monthly task list
Assist with the selection of invitations, place cards, favors, thank you notes, decorations, and rental items
Assist with development of guest list, and maintain updated list of guests RSVP
Assembly of all invitations and "Save the Date" cards, programs, etc (actual cost of stationary items to be paid by client)
Assist with stuffing and mailing of invitations (addressing of envelopes at an additional charge, plus postage)
Pre-screen all wedding activities vendors
Prepare vendor referrals, review and negotiate vendor contracts as needed
Attend meetings with vendors and couple
Confirm wedding day vendors and become point of contact for vendors
Create and maintain vendor payment schedule
Provide reminders of all payments to couple for amounts due
Assist with the rehearsal dinner menu, and reception menu details
Prepare a timeline of events for ceremony and reception
Develop wedding day itinerary for couple, wedding party, family and vendors
Create and finalize room and ceremony layouts
Arrange accommodations for out-of-town guests, including hotel blocks and flight assistance
Prepare suggestions for welcome packages with event agenda, area attractions, maps and gift items
Deliver welcome baskets for out-of-town guests to hotels (actual cost of items for baskets to be paid by client)
Supervise vendor set-ups at both the ceremony and reception
Ceremony
Prepare and distribute detailed schedule of rehearsal and ceremony information, roles and responsibilities to wedding party
(to be handed out to everyone attending the rehearsal)
Confirm ceremony activities, traditions, positions during ceremony, etc.
Confirm final seating arrangements
Coordinate wedding rehearsal with officiates, wedding party and vendors
Oversee venue decor to ensure the setting is laid out in keeping with the couple's vision
Coordinate and arrange for wedding day travel for wedding party
Coordinate with wedding day vendors and assist as needed
Distribute bouquets and pin wedding flowers
Check bridal attire to ensure veil and train are straight prior to ceremony entrance
Assist with late arrivals or distractions that could disrupt ceremony
Assist with pre and post-ceremony photo sessions
Troubleshoot as needed, provide wedding day emergency kit
After the Ceremony
Transport items from ceremony to reception site as needed
Coordination during reception to ensure timeline is being followed
(Grand Entrance, dining, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, exit of Bridal Couple)
Attend reception and ensure clean up is completed
Supervise loading of gifts and keepsakes after the reception into designated vehicle
Supervise boxing of cake topper and leftover cake to be sent home
Distribute tossing items
Return tuxedos and any other rented items
